Welcome to the Nomads.family community! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform, mobile experience, and other services (collectively, the "Service"). By using Nomads.family, you agree to these Terms.

2. Using Nomads.family

• You must be at least 16 years old or have parental consent to use our platform.

• Nomads.family is currently free to use. We may introduce paid features in the future, but you'll always be notified in advance.

3. Community Guidelines

The Nomads.family community is built on trust and kindness. By using our platform, you agree to:

• Not post anything illegal, abusive, hateful, or discriminatory.
• Not spam, scam, or misuse the platform.

You retain all rights to the content you post on Nomads.family (messages, profile info, etc.).

By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, use, and share your content within the platform, strictly for the purpose of providing the Service.

You are responsible for the content you share, and you must have the rights to post it.

6. Availability & Changes

We do our best to keep Nomads.family running smoothly, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform at any time.

7. Disclaimer & Liability

Nomads.family is provided "as is". We make no guarantees about the reliability or accuracy of the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nomads.family and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Meeting other families is always at your own discretion and risk. We are not responsible for interactions outside the platform.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make major changes, we'll notify you through the platform or via email.

Continuing to use Nomads.family after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in Dutch courts, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
